Terms of Service

By registering for or using Alpha Prime, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlphaPrimeTrader, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

You must meet the following requirements to use Alpha Prime:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by law.
• Have a valid Telegram account for authentication purposes.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Alpha Prime provides the following services:

• Automated Trading Strategies: 7 AI-powered spot trading strategies including Smart Trade, Grid Bot, DCA, Spot Bot, Arbitrage, Scalping, and Swing Trading.
• Portfolio Management: Real-time tracking of deposits, profits, and trading performance.
• Alpha Mind AI Advisor: Personalized trading guidance with memory and live market data.
• Ambassador Program: Referral-based earning program with tiered commissions.
• Alpha Wallet (upcoming): Fiat on/off-ramp, virtual card, and P2P transfer capabilities.

All trading is spot-only. No leverage, margin, or derivative products are offered. The platform conforms to Islamic finance principles.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and security answer.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access via @AlphaSupportVIP_bot.

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are made in USDT (Binance Smart Chain, BEP-20). By depositing:

• You authorize the platform to deploy your funds into the selected trading strategy.
• You acknowledge that on-chain transactions are irreversible.
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed within the platform.

Profit withdrawals are subject to the platform's withdrawal policy (see Section 13). Capital withdrawals trigger an emergency withdrawal process with applicable fees.

• All trading is automated; the platform executes strategies on your behalf.
• Strategy performance depends on market conditions and is not guaranteed.
• The platform operates 24/7 but may experience maintenance windows with advance notice.
• Sub-accounts (up to 2 by default) may be created for separate portfolio management.

Profits are calculated every 24 hours based on actual trading results generated by the platform's AI engine. The daily profit amount varies depending on market conditions and trading performance — profits and losses are both possible, and no fixed return is promised.

• Profit is credited to your account every 24 hours reflecting the previous day's trading outcome.
• Daily profit amounts may increase or decrease based on market conditions and strategy performance.
• Platform fees are deducted from profits, not from capital.
• Current fee structures are displayed within the platform dashboard.
• Profit withdrawal fees vary based on method and amount.

• Referral commissions are earned when referred users make qualifying deposits.
• Ambassador tiers are based on cumulative referral performance and are reviewed periodically.
• The platform reserves the right to modify commission rates with 7 days notice.
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, bot traffic, fake accounts) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all earned commissions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn unfair referral rewards.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform outside of official APIs.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Impersonating Alpha Prime staff, bots, or other users.
• Spreading false information about the platform or its financials.

By using Alpha Prime, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk — losses are a normal part of trading and can occur at any time.
• No fixed return or profit rate is promised. Daily results vary and may be negative.
• Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
• Capital is not guaranteed. Market movements can result in partial or total loss of deposited funds.
• Blockchain networks and smart contracts carry their own risks — including network congestion, outages, protocol bugs, and transaction irreversibility — which are outside the platform's control.
• Third-party exchange APIs, liquidity providers, and on-chain oracles may fail or produce unexpected results.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for understanding the risks involved.

AlphaPrimeTrader, LLC shall not be liable for losses arising from factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses resulting from market conditions, volatility, or strategy underperformance.
• Losses due to blockchain network failures, smart contract limitations, or third-party service outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Capital protection applies only in cases of direct platform error or negligence on our part. Market-driven losses, network failures, or risks inherent to cryptocurrency trading are borne by the user.

In all other circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates any of these Terms of Service.
• Is found to be engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Poses a security risk to other users or the platform.
• Is inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

In the event of termination due to a Terms violation, any pending rewards or commissions may be forfeited. Capital funds will be returned according to the emergency withdrawal policy.

The current emergency withdrawal policy (v3) applies to capital withdrawal requests:

• Fee: 9% per withdrawal request.
• Amount limits: Minimum $5 · Maximum $3,000 per request.
• Rolling cap: Maximum 33% of your capital may be withdrawn within any 30-day window.
• Processing SLA: Up to 7 business days.

Profit withdrawals (USDT profit only, not capital) are processed separately with different fee structures as displayed in the dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware.
